12 Weeks Online Programming

About

This package comes with a monthly customized online program with a maximum of 5 workouts per week or a minimum of 3. It also comes with 1 Zoom check in session per month, clients must schedule there appointments in advance. A fitness assessment is required prior to purchasing, to schedule please email weirdflexgym@gmail.com. There is a 90 day committment attached to purchasing this package.
